A few details to set up your membership. Takes about 2 minutes.
We use this for signin and member communications.
You need to be 18 or over to join.
Pay for a day. Stay for the week. After your first completed £15 visit, join the £30 weekly, 12-week individual membership within seven days using the same email and pass code. No extra payment for week one, starting when membership activates; then £30 weekly for 11 weeks (£345 including the trial day). Once per person. Flexible and company plans are excluded.
Shared office membership
£30 / week
A desk whenever you like, paid weekly by Direct Debit. 12 week minimum (£360 total; with the eligible trial-day offer, £330 in membership payments plus your £15 day pass), then weekly until cancelled. Early termination and statutory cancellation rights are explained in the terms. Shared seating and coffee are included. Meeting rooms are charged separately. Would you need assistance from someone else to leave the building in an evacuation?
For example if you use a wheelchair or a walking aid, if stairs are difficult, or if you would not hear or see an alarm. Answering yes does not restrict where you can go or what you can book.
We ask because we have a legal duty to plan how everyone gets out of the building in a fire. We share what you tell us only with staff on shift, we hold it for as long as you are with us, and we delete it when you are not.
You will not be charged personally if you join a company.
With an eligible trial-day offer on the committed plan, week one is covered and £30 weekly billing starts in week two. Otherwise we request your first week’s payment after Direct Debit setup. Collection is not immediate. GoCardless confirms the collection date. After that you are billed weekly under your selected plan. The committed plan has a 12 week minimum, then continues weekly until cancelled. The flexible plan has no minimum term. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Staff must verify your photo ID and complete your induction before you use your membership. Unstaffed access needs separate manager approval.
By accepting, you request access to start when billing setup and staff onboarding are complete, including within any cooling off period. This does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.
