Cookie Policy
Worksop Workspace · Operations · Legal & Compliance · Phase 1 reference
This cookie policy explains how Worksop Workspace uses cookies and similar technologies on worksopworkspace.co.uk. It sits alongside our Website Privacy Notice.
UK rules (PECR — Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) require us to be clear about what cookies we set, why, and to get your consent for non-essential ones.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website saves on your device when you visit. We use them, and so do most websites, for things like remembering your preferences or measuring how the site is performing.
Cookies we use
We keep the list deliberately short.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| `ww_consent` | Worksop Workspace | Remembers your cookie choices | Essential | 12 months |
| `ww_session` | Worksop Workspace | Keeps your session active while you're on the site (form state, page navigation) | Essential | Session |
| Google Analytics (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) | Google | Anonymised usage statistics so we can see which pages people read | Analytics (consent required) | 13 months |
| `__cf_bm` | Cloudflare (if used) | Bot management on the hosting layer | Essential | 30 minutes |
| Go High Level form session | Go High Level | Carries form state between page and backend submission | Essential | Session |
Essential cookies keep the site working. They don't need your consent.
Analytics cookies only load if you accept them on the cookie banner. They don't identify you.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or any kind of cross-site tracking. We don't do Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads, or similar.
How to change your choices
- In our banner: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page on the site.
- In your browser: all major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Search "cookie settings" for your browser. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of the site.
Other tracking-like technology
We don't use fingerprinting, local storage for tracking, or pixel beacons in our emails. We do use simple open-rate tracking in marketing emails — you can opt out in any email's footer.
Changes
We'll update this policy when our cookie use changes. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. If we add anything that needs your consent (a new analytics or advertising cookie), we'll re-prompt you in the banner.
